Web-CMS is one of the applications in a suite of Web applications designed to help shops and insurance companies manage claim processing, from initial dispatch of a new assignment, to entering new estimate administrative information, creating a repair order and supplements, to final closing of the claim. Web-CMS harnesses the power of the Internet to make getting access to key information quick and efficient, allowing claim information to be shared by the Collision Claim Center and it’s member repair shops with insurers and Independent Appraisers.
