When creating a new estimate, if you select Yes from the Total Loss drop-down in the Claim Information fields, the Total Loss wizard launches which collects estimate and total loss information.
The wizard displays the Upload Image form allowing you to attach digital images of the vehicle to the estimate.
1. Click the Browse button to locate the file you want to upload with the estimate. A standard Windows Choose file window displays.
2. Navigate to the where the image has been saved. Click on the image name, and then click Open, or double-click on the image name. The image’s location (its path) is inserted into the file name text box.
3. Click Preview to review the selected photograph.
4. Click Close to close the picture window.
5. Enter any desired comments about the image or vehicle in the Comment text box.
6. Continue adding digital images (up to 10 can be attached to an estimate) as necessary following steps 1 to 5.
7. When you have uploaded all images, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Upload Images.
NOTE: The Reset button clears the screen allowing you to select new images or enter new comments. Any images or comments previously entered and not uploaded will be lost when you click Reset.
The wizard next displays the Estimate Upload form allowing you to select the estimate .pdf file to send to the insurance company and adjuster.
NOTE: The Previous Form button returns you to the Upload Images form should you want to review or update the images or comments to be attached to the estimate. To return to the Estimate Upload form, click the Slip to Next Form button.

2. Navigate to the where the estimate .pdf file has been saved. Click the .pdf name, and then click Open, or double-click the .pdf name. The .pdf’s location (its path) is inserted into the file name text box.
3. Enter any desired comments in the Comment text box.
4. Click Upload.

The wizard next displays the Additional File Upload form allowing you to select files such as condition report, tow bill, .pdf estimate, or storage invoices to send along with the vehicle images. You can attach any document that has been saved as a JPEG, PDF, ZIP, Word, Excel, or HTML document.
NOTE: The Previous Form button returns you to the Upload Images form should you want to review or update the images or comments to be attached to the estimate. To return to the Additional File Upload form, click the Slip to Next Form button.

6. Click Upload File. The Total Loss Notification form displays.
NOTE: The Reset button clears the screen allowing you to select a new file or enter new comments.
The Upload Miscellaneous Files form can also be selected from the side menu bar.
The Total Loss Notification form allows you to enter total loss valuation information to accompany the Total Loss Notification.
1. You can enter the following Total Loss information:
· Estimate Amount
· Area of Damage
· Blue Book Wholesale Value
· Blue Book Retail Value
· Overall Vehicle Condition (Good, Fair, Poor)
· Advance Charges
· Insured Notified (yes or no)
· Vehicle Released (yes or no)
· Comments
2. After entering the information, click Close RO.
3. When the confirmation message displays, click OK.
The Web-CMS home page redisplays with a confirmation message that the claim has been closed and the email notifications sent.
