Uploading the Estimate

After entering depreciation/delivery information, the wizard next displays the Estimate Upload form allowing you enter final comments before sending the estimate.

1.    If an assignment is required, click the Assignment Required checkbox.

2.    Enter any Comments as desired.

3.    Click Upload Estimate.

NOTE: Selecting Upload Estimate sends the claim information by email to the insurance adjuster; selecting Save Estimate saves the data for sending at a later date.

Web-CMS notifies you an email has been sent to the insurance adjuster.

4.    Click the Event Log link to verify that the estimate has been created and sent.

The Event Log displays a history of what has been processed on the estimate, and shows you the event type, who processed the event, a description, and the event time and date.

·      The Description link allows you to resend an email for that event.

·      The side menu options on the Event Log provide you with additional processing options.
