Corporate Claims Representatives can view their claim status ("dirty claims" and/or "diary" date claims) by insurance company, claim status, process, and file handler. This may be helpful to monitor your follow-up tasks for both shops and customers.
A "dirty" claim is one that has been worked on by an outside estimator or independent adjustor and someone other than the inside file handler (to display in your status list, the claim must have been handled by a minimum of two people). A "diary" date claim is a future claim (currently 4 days) which can be used to remind you of necessary follow-ups.
The Claim Queue Status can also be used to monitor appointment status allowing the call center to follow up with the customer at the appropriate time.
To display your claim queue:
1. Click the Claim Queue option on the menu bar. The Claim Queue window displays.
2. Select the data by which you want to view your claims.
