The Repair Order Event Log shows you an event history for a repair order. It can be used to review information, resend an email notification, or select another processing option, such as closing the claim.
To display the Repair Order Event Log:
1. Select the repair order you want to view event history for using the RO Search option.
2. When displayed, click the Repair Order Event Log option from the side menu bar.
The Repair Order Event Log screen displays.
Use the Repair Order Event Log to:
· Review repair order events and dates.
· Resend an email notification by clicking an applicable Description.
