Web-CMS lets you search and enter information for both estimates and repair orders. You can also search for estimates written by Independents and then convert them to repair orders.
NOTE: If you are an automatic upload shop, you should always search for an estimate or repair order before you manually enter the information.
1. Click the RO Search option on the menu bar.The Claim Search screen appears:
Estimates and Repair Orders can be searched by any number pieces of data, or any combination, including:
· Independent Appraiser
· Repair Order Number
· Customer Last Name
· Claim Number
· Policy Number
· Insurance Company
· Estimator
· Open Estimates
· Closed Estimates
· Saved Repair Orders, but not committed
· All Open Repair Orders
· Delivered Repair Orders, but not Closed
· All Closed Repair Orders
· Audited Claims
Enter whatever data you have available. If there are multiple matches, it will display a list, and you can select the desired estimate or repair order to view claim information. Estimates written by Independents will display at the top of the list.
NOTE: Independent estimates only display if the Independent Adjuster(s) has been setup in Web-CSM as a member of the Independent group.
If there are no matches to your search for an estimate or repair order, you will be asked if you want to enter a new claim.
