After entering New Claim information and clicking Update to Wizard, the wizard displays the Upload Image form allowing you to attach digital images of the vehicle to the estimate.
1. Click the Browse button to locate the image you want to upload with the estimate. A standard Windows Choose file window displays.
2. Navigate to the where the image has been saved. Click on the image name, and then click Open, or double-click on the image name. The image’s location (its path) is inserted into the file name text box.
3. Click Preview to review the selected photograph.
4. Click Close to close the picture window.
5. Enter any desired comments about the image or vehicle in the Comment text box.
6. Continue adding digital images (up to 10 can be attached to an estimate) as necessary following steps 1 to 5.
7. When you have uploaded all images, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Upload Images.
NOTE: The Reset button clears the screen allowing you to select new images or enter new comments. Any images or comments previously entered and not uploaded will be lost when you click Reset.
